Introduction to BW250 Pump

Model BW-250 mud pump is a horizontal three cylinder reciprocating single acting piston pump, the pump with two cylinder and four file variable. The big cylinder for supporting the 1000 meters of large diameter drill, small cylinder for supporting the1500 meters of small diameter drill. Mainly used for the core drilling mud pump, can also be used for other aspects of mine grouting,drainage and long distance water supply and other purposes. 1. It has four flow levels that can meet the needs of large and small caliber drilling rigs, with a wide range of flow adjustment and reasonable parameter selection. 2. The piston is a bowl shaped, self sealing S-type polyurethane rubber piston with a nylon backrest, greatly improving its service life.
3. There are five dust sealing rings on the pull rod to prevent mud from the hydraulic end from entering the power end and the lubricating oil filter at the power end. After multiple production tests, it has been proven that the sealing is reliable and the performance is good. Resulting in prolonged service life of gears.
4. The inlet and outlet valves are made of steel balls. And sound-absorbing rubber pads are installed on the valve cover to reduce impact noise.
