Replacement method of piston cup of 160 single-cylinder mud pump

The replacement method of piston cup of 160 single-cylinder mud pump is to remove the limit sleeve and pressure plate, close the U-shaped valve at the end of the oil cylinder, and rotate it to be perpendicular to the oil cylinder. Select face control on the panel and push the piston back into the water tank by manual inching. Next, use the Allen key and crescent wrench to disassemble the piston. After the disassembly, take out the piston body with rope or other tools, and the disassembly is completed.

1. Grease the piston before installation, or put the piston into the water tank with the help of a rope. Align the connecting flange of the cylinder with the piston flange. Move the oil cylinder slightly, push a small part of the piston to be replaced into the concrete cylinder, and use a crescent wrench to align the flange connecting screw hole.

2. Screw on the bolts and tighten them once in sequence. After the first tightening, the second tightening must be carried out.
